The first (and only) post in which you moved after firing ceased. The next post, which hasn't happened yet since I neglected to shoot at you. Prior to the cessation of incoming fire, you were in cover at long range. Where, pray tell, is the post where you made a single movement maneuver? Provide a link, please.

I'm pretty sure that way back when I disallowed that forward move. I recall mentioning that there was no cover between where the speeder crashed and the cave entrance. If it was a different character whose move forward into cover I disallowed, it should have also applied to Argon and will apply retroactively. Argon has only taken two maneuvers forward. The two he took since breaking out of the cover at long range. There has never been any cover closer in. If there had been I would have shot Argon. Probably more than once.

You disallowed someone else's a few posts latter. But I'm fine with removing the initial maneuver. Things are easily overlooked in play by post.

Especially when one was too busy playing XCOM 2 and not paying proper attention to detail.

Am I correct we can post another round of actions as the NPCs are "doing something out of sight?"

I think they are supposed to be attacking Argon first.

I'd like to call your attention to Quicksilver's own Pallets and Packaging house rule. I intend to use it in my own games.

Just to let everyone know. I'm waiting to post until I can get to a computer. But Argon intends to hold position until the group decides to move and our companions are stable.

It takes 2 maneuvers to reach Garr. The healer must suck up 2 strain to do what you wish to do.

When one is eligible for senior's discounts and AARP, a twenty-something is a 'kid'. :P
No disrespect to either of you twenty-something IRL players. I'm just old. I have clothing I still wear that's older than you guys (such as a U.S. Army-issued field jacket, from 1984, that's nice and warm in winter with lots of handy pockets).

Everyone I know who got an army field jacket still wears it, they clearly knew what they were making. Unlike Navy blankets, which were apparently compressed lint.

Assuming Sulus is hanging on to the aim like Eleena, that puts us back at the NPC's actions.

I don't think that Army blankets were any better. They may have also been made of reprocessed lint. Wool lint. They were scratchy from what I recall. Given my experience during a winter at Fort Knox, it didn't really matter as I was almost always too tired to care and just grateful when I could be warm.

As for whose turn it is, that would be the PCs (again), assuming that Silus does, indeed, hold aim.

Is there some particular reason why Silus (Baron Fel) and Argon (swrider) haven't taken actions IC this round?

Sorry for my absence everyone. I seem to have caught the sinus infection my wife had. I will not be able to post much today and maybe tomorrow.

I'll post a quick update for Argon. However he will be holding until either the other characters say that we are ready to move or an enemy appears.

Maximum aim bonus is ImageImage. I'm not sure if any of the scope attachment mods add any more dice, but sans special gear 2 is the most that you can get.

Folks, let me reiterate a salient fact about play-by-post: it only works if players post (IOW, communicate). If you have nothing you wish your character to say and/or do in an IC thread, then it is courteous to say so in the OOC thread, so that the game (and the GM) aren't kept waiting indefinitely for posts that will never be made or for the GM to continually clutter an OOC thread with prompts asking what the players are doing (or, rather, not doing) every other day (since I expect daily activity in my games).

Another five days gone, and Fel still hasn't put in an appearance on this board. In the past I've dropped players that have done this sort of thing.

Would someone please post IC for Silus so that we can continue the game?
